Your files

You retain responsibility for your files and links. Files are deleted automatically after three days and may be removed earlier if required for safety, legal compliance, or service operation.

Service availability

The service is provided as available. Configure your own Spaces and PayPal settings before production use. Using AboveShare You must use AboveShare legally and responsibly. You are responsible for your account, password, and all activity performed through your account. 2. Your Files You retain ownership of your files. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permission to upload, store, and share your content. 3. Prohibited Use You may not use AboveShare for illegal activities, malware, fraud, copyright infringement, abuse, unauthorized access, or content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. 4. File Deletion Files may be automatically deleted after the retention period specified by your plan or transfer. AboveShare should not be used as your only backup for important files. 5. Subscriptions & Payments Paid plans are subject to the prices, limits, and billing terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. Applicable taxes and payment-provider terms may apply. 6. Service Availability We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that AboveShare will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 7. Security & Enforcement We may investigate abuse, malware, fraud, security threats, or legal violations and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts when necessary. 8. Intellectual Property AboveShare owns its website, software, branding, design, and technology. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service without permission. 9. Third-Party Services AboveShare may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, payments, email, security, and other services. Their terms may also apply. 10. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AboveShare is not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of data, files, profits, or business. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. 11. Suspension & Termination We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, engage in abuse or illegal activity, or create a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time. 12. Changes & Governing Law We may update these Terms or modify the Service when necessary.
